This looks at various aspects of the Organisational, Business, procurement and Inventory & Materials Management environment / infrastructure, the process, the skills of the team and an assessment of personnel competency levels. Having applied the skills assessment process, TMD Supply Chain Consultancy will prepare a detailed report of the findings and outline key recommendations for training in accordance with outlined specification.

The ACCESS^© process identifies and creates an objective operational plan which is designed to address any organisational and resource constraints within the supply chain.

Initially an assessment of the organisation’s operational needs will be produced following analysis of the processes and procedures through a series of questions to identify the key operational drivers, the level of knowledge and understanding and the level of application.
